How do I pay for my courses?
Answer: You can use our online payment method by using PayPal or alternatively you can pay by cheque or money order.

Is payment secure?
Answer: Every effort is made to ensure that your payment is safe, secure and trouble free.

When I have paid for my course(s) how do I access the material?
Answer: Once the online payment has been verified you will be given a password, which will allow you, access to all your learning materials. For all other payments e.g. cheque or money order you receive an email from us confirming your payment and a password will generated by email to you.

Question: How does Connect Asia Pacific deliver training?
Answer: Training can be completed by distance education.

Question: What is distance learning?
Answer: Similar to online learning except that you receive the Learner Guide and Assessment Guide in hard copy.

Question: What assistance will I receive from Connect Asia Pacific?
Answer: We will provide you with as much assistance as you need to complete each unit of competence and therefore the qualification. We will determine with you the most appropriate assessment task or tasks that you will need to undertake to satisfy your own requirements or that of your employer.

Question: How long will it take to complete each unit of competence?
Answer: This will depend on your personal requirements, however we recommend that for distance education no longer than six weeks.
